What does fatigue look
like in your workplace?
During a meeting with Dr Trent Watson of Ethos Health, we discussed how employee fatigue and poor health affect safety, wellbeing, and productivity, and explored potential workplace solutions.
This led to Fit For Life, a programme that helps workers manage fatigue, enhance skeletal health, and promote wellbeing, including mental health.
Organisations such as Glencore, Ausgrid, PWCS, Hunter Water, and Yancoal are now seeing positive results. What began as a question with Ethos Health has evolved into a movement for safer, healthier workplaces.

Orica's innovation,
more than a roadmap
For over nine years, KWCS has partnered with Orica on over 1,000 projects, covering branding, product naming, communication strategies, and global launches. In 2025, our efforts included health and safety training, an innovation roadmap, and training videos. Through ideation sessions and creative workshops, we achieved exceptional results, helping making this Orica’s 150th year of success.

Unifying Umwelt. A brand built
on “Change for the Better”
When Umwelt evolved their brand, they sought a unifying idea to bring their national team together under one purpose. The result was a new identity centred on “Change for the Better,” transforming from a tagline into a rallying cry for their commitment to positive change through environmental consulting and sustainability solutions. The new logo reflects this philosophy—clean, forward-thinking, and approachable—communicating optimism and action across every touchpoint, from the website to uniforms. More importantly, “Change for the Better” has united staff across locations and disciplines, strengthening company culture, fostering pride, and focusing everyone on the positive impact they create.
